CMS (Content Management System)

There are two choices when updating your website. You can choose to update the website yourself using the CMS or you can email updates to the School Web Design team who will make the changes for you. This allows you to make quick updates yourself but you can ask our experienced team to do the more difficult updates.

Adding Media

Adding Video and Audio will make your website more interactive and enjoyable for visitors. The process is simple, just upload the video/audio using the "Uploader" in your CMS and tell us where you would like the video/audio added to your website. We will convert the video/audio for you and add it to your website.  All media is stored on our media server so that it wont to filtered by your school network.

Digital Documents

Allows visitors to view documents online using our digital document system. Use the "Uploader" to upload the documents and then we will convert them for you. The digital document system doesn't use flash so even visitors without flash or using an ipad can flip through your documents.

Website Reports

With access to monthly reports you can check to see how many people are viewing your website and which pages are the most popular. This helps plan the website for the future.

Email Newsletters

Keep parents up to date by emailing them a monthly newsletters. Creating email newsletters is easy and saves a lot of papers. Just select news items from your website or create new articles within the system.
